Long Ireland Brewing Company started with a simple idea: make beer that tastes as good as it sounds, serve it in a space where everyone's welcome, and keep the prices fair. No snobbery, no dress code, no pretending you know what "IBU" means unless you actually do.
Located right on Smithtown Boulevard, we've become the go-to spot for locals who want a proper pint without the tourist-trap markup. Our brewers experiment constantly — IPAs that hit different, stouts that feel like a hug, lagers that prove you don't need bitterness to make a statement.
Our taps change with the seasons, but these are the staples that keep the regulars coming back. All brewed on-site.
Citrus-forward West Coast IPA with a resinous finish. Made with Cascade, Citra, and Mosaic hops. Drinks easy, hits hard.
Silky oatmeal stout with notes of dark chocolate and espresso. Our most popular pint — smooth enough for weeknights, rich enough for weekends.
A crisp, clean lager that proves simplicity wins. Light body, subtle grain sweetness, and a finish that makes you want another. Perfect summer session beer.
Balanced amber ale with caramel malt character and a gentle hop bite. Not too heavy, not too light — the Goldilocks of beer.
Wild-fermented sour ale with real raspberries and blackberries. Tart, fruity, and surprisingly drinkable. A crowd-pleaser even among non-sour drinkers.
Our take on a Czech-style pilsner — pale gold, finely carbonated, with a spicy Saaz hop finish. Refreshing in every sense of the word.
